In today's episode, I am joined professional cyclist, Eva van Agt. Growing up in the Netherlands, Eva quickly became a promising field hockey player, and went to America on a scholarship where she spent 4 years playing professionally. Always harbouring a passion for cycling, she incorporated it into her cross training, but never believed she could achieve her dream of becoming a professional cyclist. However, after returning home in 2020, she joined her local cycling club and the rest is history. Halfway into her first season, she was spotted and signed by Le Col-Wahoo Continental team, before taking the jump up to World Tour - the highest level of professional cycling - by joining Jumbo-Visma the following year.
