1. a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.

Do you experience anxiety in your life?
The answer is most likely a resounding YES I DO.
B/c life and the human experience can be extremely anxiety producing, we fear loss of control, we fear the future.

The key to healing our relationship to anxiety is to get present, to tap into the tools of the soul & the heart ... we have more practice utilizing the ego & the logic as a means to keep us "safe" but what about the practice of tuning into something deeper & more perennial about ourselves?
