Do you suffer from bloating, diarrhoea or constipation? While these symptoms can be related to a number of different issues, SIBO or Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth is a common cause.
What actually is SIBO? Well, most of our gut bacteria are usually found in the large intestine, instead of the small intestine which is usually relatively sterile. When that bacteria begins to colonise in the small intestine, that’s what is known as SIBO.
In this episode, I discuss:
• What SIBO is
• The most common symptoms of SIBO
• How to test for SIBO
• How to overcome SIBO naturally

One of the things I often hear from people when they first come to me is that they keep falling off the wagon.
Can you relate?
One minute you’re eating whole foods, taking all your supplements, getting your daily movement in…
And the next you’re staying up late, eating foods you KNOW don’t work for you, and you’ve completely forgotten that you were meant to be taking supplements all.
Here’s the thing - It’s NOT your fault!
You’re not a bad person.
But here’s what you need to know…
In order to actually stick to the habits that provide us with optimal health, we need to understand our behaviour.
In this episode, I’m going to share with you one of my favourite tools for understanding yourself and your behaviour and creating healthy habits that stick.
That is Gretchen Rubin’s Four Tendencies. The Four Tendencies are 4 different types, which explain how we respond to INNER and OUTER expectations.
Listen to the episode to learn more about how you can leverage your tendency to reach your goals!

The world of nutrition can be bloody confusing.
Paleo, vegan, intermittent fasting, coconut oil, medicinal mushrooms...
Have you found yourself going down rabbit holes learning about these things, and just wind up feeling confused and overwhelmed?
That’s why I like to keep things simple.
There is no one diet that works for everyone, EXCEPT THIS ONE.
And that is a Bioindividual, Nutrient Dense Whole Foods Diet.
The reason it works is because it’s BS-free and completely personalised.
In this episode, I break this way of eating down into digestible action steps, so you can adopt this way of eating and get real results for your health.

Want to know my number one secret to being consistent with your health habits, and feeling healthy and energised every day?
It’s having a consistent morning routine.
Small habits snowball, so if you wake up and do something positive for yourself every morning, that leads to a cascade of positive choices throughout the day.
Here’s what I cover in the episode:
• How long your morning routine needs to be to get the benefits
• What to include in your morning routine
• Why strict routines like “waking up at 6am daily to go to the gym” DON’T work and what to do instead!

We often think of skin issues as being external only, but common skin conditions like acne, eczema and dry skin are almost always signs of a deeper issue.
Which is why topical treatments often don’t fix the problem, at least not in the long term.
To get lasting results, you need to get to the root cause.
In this episode, I discuss:
• The Skin Microbiome and why skin health is so important
• The common factors at the root cause of skin issues
• How to support healthy skin from the inside out
