1. Change is learning. Learning is growing. Growing is living
2. Change is exciting. It forces you to be the best version of yourself
3. Without change, things stay the same. Do you want things to stay the same?
4. Without change there is no adventure in life
5. Most people are afraid of change because it forces them outside their comfort zone. There’s no growth in your comfort zone
7. Change doesn’t always have to be scary and uncomfortable
8. It’s much easier to embrace change than to fight it
9. When we change, this is an opportunity to grow and move forward, when we don’t change we actually stay stagnant and even move backwards since the rest of the world is changing, if you’re not, you’re going backwards.
10. And finally, the most successful people in the world are open to change and actually use it to their advantage, since most people usually resist change.
