Lauren has just won the Beyond The Ultimate Highland Ultra. A multi-day self supported ultra covering some spectacular scenery way up in the Scottish Islands.
We speak about her win there, her success at Marathon De Sables and her recent DNF at The Arc Of Attrition in January.
We also talk about horrific blisters and the joys of getting older in our beloved sport of ultra-running!
Lauren is a great example of working hard despite everything that life throws at you.
No doubt she will continue with her success at the big ultras she has her sights set on!

This year he has just won the Northern Traverse. The 180 mile ultramarathon that follows the wainwright coast to coast route.

Jon recently caught my attention for winning and breaking the course record for the Winter Spine Sprint. Knocking over 2 hours off the winter time.

In this episode of the podcast we speak to Jack Scott.
Jack heroically took second place at this years Winter Spine Race. A race that gained a lot of attention for how close the winner and Jack were as they came in to the finish.
Jack made a slight nav error that ultimately cost him a 40 minute time penalty and the win.
We speak about how he thought the race went, his kit and his laser focus from his approach to race psychology.
As always Jack is a great guy to speak to and he really is going places with his running!
