Are you looking for simple ways to balance your mind, body, and soul?
Today's guest, Dr. Elson Haas, approaches diagnosis and treatment with the maxim "Lifestyle first, Natural therapies next, drugs or surgery last."
His unique integration of Natural, Eastern, and Western medical approaches, which he calls NEW Medicine, is built on restoring proper body physiology and supporting healthy cells and tissues to promote healing. In this episode, Dr. Haas explains how, as humans, we are on this planet to learn and grow. When we block that growth, we create resistance in the body. Traditional Chinese medicine sees this very quickly, things need to flow through our bodies.

Exercise: finding something that we actually like to do.
Sleep: we need to sleep to recharge ourselves + get energy.
Stress: learn how to get along with people + how not to get along with people.

Have you ever felt drained by spending time with people who gave off negative vibes?
In this week's Focus Friday we are talking about staying in our lane + creating sacred boundaries.
The common theme around boundaries is building fences to keep people away from us. To me, that is not very sustainable because we would have to be on border control 24/7.
We must empower ourselves to make the choices that are best for our hearts + souls, and honor our own beat to realize what is in our best interest.
In This Episode:
I have a weird relationship with boundaries [ 3:40 ]

On a scale of 1-10, how possible do you believe it is for you to achieve your goals? In this week's Focus Friday, a few weeks since the 2019 Ignite Your Soul Summit and I've made some massive realizations. The way we describe our goals (big, small, unrealistic, etc) will dictate how we reach them. By describing our goals as BIG, we are subconsciously not allowing ourselves to move closer to the possibility of their existence.
In this episode, I share with you what I've realized instead- so we can all change the way we view our dreams and start breathing them in to life.
In This Episode You'll Learn:
Why it's important to recalibrating + decompressing after significant events [ 2:40 ]
What it means to trust ourselves [ 3:20 ]
How we're creating resistance by wrapping our goals [ 6:00 ]
How to build our beliefs to take inspired action [ 08:10 ]
Soul Shifting Quotes:
"Desire + belief = action."
"We cannot BS ourselves."
"We can do anything; it requires action that is taken from a place of alignment."
