August, I am in love with you already!

Hello friend, I hope that you are feeling a little bit hopeful about the new month and that you have eased into it with gentleness. I have been struggling a little bit with mental fatigue, dealing with navigating life at a pace that is in line with how quickly the year is moving, seasonal depression and changes.

On this episode, I speak about where I have been and what I have been learning through the months that have tested my faith. Please also be aware that I speak on suicide ideation and would recommend that anyone who may be struggling with this seeks professional help using the Syked Platform.
