Jen shares her story of how she overcame severe depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety and addiction naturally. She shares how she thought she was going to be on medications for the rest of her life. Her life was changed when she learned how to address nutritional deficiencies, rebuild her gut health and work on her mindset.
