Do you ever feel like you're unable to fully embrace love or connect deeply with others?
Many of us struggle to open up and be vulnerable due to negative experiences from our past, which creates emotional barriers that unconsciously hold us back or sabotage our relationships.
It's frustrating and can be painful. You might find yourself repeating old patterns because they are familiar. We put up walls and can feel unworthy of love, despite our longing for closer, more intimate relationships.
Join me in a heartfelt conversation with returning guest Tina Hartney, a relationship expert and seasoned marriage and family therapist. We discuss the roots of vulnerability barriers and Tina shares one practice that everyone can do on their own.
What you'll learn:
Tune in and gain insights on building healthier, more loving relationships one confession at a time!

Laurie
