Expectations - lead to disappointment because rarely will something live up to the picture you have of it in your mind.

Procrastination
Perfectionism
Say what you mean and mean what you say
ask why a lot
be less confrontational
be clear and direct
Be okay expressing feelings/thoughts/beliefs that might upset someone.
don't be handcuffed to those ideas
don't take on others emotions as your own
be in control of yourself and your emotions
