Today I want to share with you an exercise I have been doing that can really improve your business. Not just your business but any problems you have personally too. Entrepreneurship can have the highest of highs and the lowest of lows and it's crazy this can happen...but it does.
"One simple tweak can completely change the outcome..." At minute 0:40, I'm sharing with you what Brooke Castillo calls, 'The Model'. I'm diving into examples of some things you may be feeling and how we can move ahead to change that. Let's walk through how a circumstance is influenced by our thoughts and actions.
"Your thoughts are destroying your dreams..." At 6:39, hear a few more examples of how something has to happen in order for you to even think about it.
"When I think like that, I feel confident..." At minute 13:46, I'm sharing the circumstance and the thoughts that were hurting me. We have to realize when we are saying things about ourselves, others or our business that they hurting us. Plus, I'm giving you a challenge!
