Alex has been on the podium every year there's been a HYROX World Championship. This year in Nice, France, he put it all together for a victory over top HYROX men Hunter McIntyre, Michael Sandbach, and James Kelly. Lauren won the HYROX World Championship in 2020, and 2021. In 2022, she raced the World Champs 7 months pregnant. In 2023, she came back to win the world championship again. Going for her 4th title this year in Nice, she came across a brutal sled pull and found herself way behind. She fought back to finish 2nd in a perhaps that will not soon be forgotten.
