This solo episode is about independence, independent thoughts, and leaving behind or minimizing the things, circumstances, and people that don't serve to move you forward.

And, liberating ourselves from recurring thoughts, stories, and messages that keep us SMALL or stuck.

It takes work, but it's work with a massive pay off to do this deliberately. You may not see and feel it immediately, but good DOES show up when we MAKE ROOM for it.
