In this episode of Talk Tantra to Me, Leola introduces a new perspective of addressing the inner critic. She reminds the listener that the inner critic has our best interests at heart and can be an ally in our soul growth and expansion. She guides the listener through a meditation, encouraging them to embrace and hold space for the criticism and fears of the inner critic. Then expressing gratitude and appreciation to your inner critic for it's vulnerability and generous expression of potential pitfalls or opportunities to course correct. Finally, allowing the highest self to consider the criticism, while only giving it the weight it truly deserves.
