The topic of iron overload has blown up over the past few years. It is a real problem but in this episode Josh Rubin of East West Healing describes the difference between an iron overload problem and an iron recycling program. He shares his experience coming back into balance after seeing a shockingly high ferritin number and getting multiple diagnoses.
