This week, Dr Naomi Potter is joined by former actress, socialite and now fitness author Davinia Taylor. People may recognise her from her Hollyoaks days, when she was often recognised as a young n fun London partygoer. But now at 47, Davinia Taylor feels more alive than ever – as she enters the world of “bio hacking”.

In today’s episode, Davinia talks about her fears of deteriorating as she progresses through midlife into older age.
