Ever wonder why some individuals persistently disregard your boundaries, or don't seem to care if they are having a negative impact on you?

Setting boundaries with difficult people can transform your relationships and preserve your emotional well-being and so today I'm sharing 5 important boundary reminders that are going to help you:

** feel less guilty for setting limits or saying no 
** get more control when dealing with emotionally immature people
**understand where you might be giving away your power and sabotaging your own peace of mind
**avoid the pitfalls that many of us fall into when we are dealing with someone who is causing us stress and upset.
** understand why some people aren't interest in finding solutions or trying to understand you.
** be able to better recognize when someone is trying to control you.



Navigating difficult relationships doesn't have to be a personal battleground. There seems to be so much advice that tells us to "talk it out," but what we seem to overlook is that talking it out comes with very real risks.  There's a reason so many of us try so hard to avoid conflict and keep the peace- and it's not because of a lack of communication skills or self-confidence.  While communication is great and necessary for healthy relationships, not all the relationships in your life are healthy ones - and that's not always within your control.   Not everyone is willing or able to do repair and connection with you.  The truth is there are times when talking it out just doesn't work. 

Not all connections are meant to be mended, and setting realistic boundaries can be key.  This episode is packed with strategies to maintain your peace of mind and engage in more effective conversations, all while ensuring your response is one you won't regret, or that won't waste your precious energy.  

Before you try to talk it out and seek repair with a difficult person, you need to ask yourself the questions I'm sharing with you here.  Lastly, I'll encourage you to reclaim your power through self-accountability, focusing on personal growth rather than trying to change the immovable.
