Jim co-founded the super successful point of sales company, Square, along with Jack Dorsey who is the CEO of both Square and Twitter. Jim also founded Invisibly, a project to rewire the economics of online content; LaunchCode, a non-profit that trains people to work in technology; and Third Degree Glass Factory, a glass art studio & education center in St. Louis. And if that wasn’t enough, in 2017, Jim was appointed as an Independent Director of the St. Louis Federal Reserve.
