Your hosts are both massive fans of this week’s guest, musician and singer JP Saxe. The episode is full of energy and insight, as JP starts off by inquiring if the Lautners find navigating enmeshment more challenging by their shared name. JP opens up about growing up in a house suffering from addiction, and explains his journey with loss and grief to Taylor, who has not yet experienced any sort of family loss. He also shares the series of decisions that made him realize it was time to start therapy and the role songwriting has played in his healing journey.
