In this episode I chat to the utterly fabulous model, broadcaster and author Lisa Snowdon.

Lisa has just written her first book "Just Getting Started: Lessons in Life, Love and Menopause" and having cried, laughed and done much nodding along as I read it, I couldn't wait to get Lisa in the studio to grill her about it.

This was a very emotional interview in places and I'm so grateful to Lisa for opening up to me like she did. This is something that she also does in her book and I know that it can't be easy when you are in the public eye like she is. Lisa has done it to help others and I respect that so much.

Just Getting Started is an absolute must read. I have highlighted so many parts of the book. It's absolutely brimming with advice about menopause and general health. It's also Lisa's story and she tells it in the most honest and authentic way.
