🔸 Another super somatic call, but this time I was ready for it! This one is particularly meditative, despite my compensatory talking to fill the silence...

🔸 Romance... Reconnecting with an ex-boyfriend put parts on high alert. Molly's "figuring-out" and "explaining" parts are strong here. Do we have enough self energy to see around them? Or are my explaining parts meeting hers?

🔸 We go straight to an exile and Jo jumps right in. Showing this exile it’s not a mess, maybe the weed-smoking part can relax.

🔸 An "unfamiliar confidence". A content exile. What's here now, when there is no problem to solve?

🔸 This is different. Leah's in her own somatic world, using tools she knows well. Meanwhile I’m asking questions... It's only our second time working together, so we're still figuring out eachothers' style.

🔸 We're so efficient, like lucid dreams, just walking through walls. An exile holds the shame of feeling unwanted, and wonders if we can help.

🔸 We discuss how to do a check-in, so I'm talking more than usual. Then we meet the exile before a bossy protector.
