It's Alcohol Awareness Week in the UK and https://alcoholchange.org.uk/
focus this year is on the impact of alcohol on our relationships. We chat through our relationships when we were drinking, on our marriages, in our families and with ourselves . Part two of this discussion looks at how to build sober friendships. We talk about the power of connections and moving from places of isolation to connection in the beauty that is the sober journey and how we heal.

This week Mandy is joined by @thefoodaddictioncoach
Jonny has a background working for technology companies servicing the hospitality industry and it was with the combined technology knowledge and personal experience of giving up alcohol that the idea for the app came about.
His vision was to create a space for the millions of people who are sober or curious about changing their drinking habits, whether full or part-time. Having realised the number of drink options available and the growing range in both retail and hospitality, Jonny wanted to bring this together into one source.
The App is free https://betterwithout.app/ and a great tool for #soberoctober and beyond. Jonny is a great guy, and we really support everything he is doing for the sober community. Go check them out!
