This meditation was created by inspiration of getting someone out of an emotional crisis--not over the top anxiety or something where it feels like you're coming out of your skin. It is instead an opportunity to get out of negative repetitive thoughts and perhaps get clarity on what has you stuck in an unwanted emotional state of mind.
