This week I'm chatting to Megan Boggs @getmellow_withmeg, who gave up alcohol 4 years ago at the tender age of 25. We chat about how this impacted all areas of her life, especially her connections with her friends.

Megan is a Dublin-based life coach originally from Tyrone who helps people change their relationship with alcohol - whether that means removing it completely or softening its impact.

Her approach to coaching is client-led, focusing on self discovery, sustainable change and helping people build a life they don’t feel the need to escape from. Megan recently went full time in her coaching business and is passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves and create a life that feels genuinely good.
