Commandment #113 - Thou Shalt Remember, that mental health is your greatest wealth When it comes to health, we all know the importance of the physical side, and have no qualms smashing through our F45 classes and Nourish Bowls on the daily, because we know that it's good for us. But on the other hand, far too often we neglect the non-physical side - also known as the phycological side, which truth be told, requires just as much, if not even more work than the physical side. Yes dolls, I'm talking about mental health - a topic you all know sits very very close to my heart, and admittedly, one aspect of my health I ignored for way too long. Let me put it like this. In the same way we'd hire a Personal Trainer to help us get stronger muscles, a psychologist or mental health professional is designed to help you get a stronger mental muscle. And just like physical strength, which you must consistently work on to maintain, mental health is exactly the same. But don't just take my word for it, take Dr Travis. I'm so excited to to introduce you to this weeks guest, Dr Travis Kemp, one of Australia's leading psychology practitioners, who drew upon his 30 plus of industry experience to help explain the importance of staying on top of you mental health through a global pandemic. As well as answer some of the questions you guys sent me through. I try not to be bias with my episodes, but I think this one turned out to be one of my favourites...
