While working in her day job as an assistant at Vogue, Meredith began moonlighting as a private chef for fashion designer Joseph Altuzzara. Eventually, she became his private chef at his Hamptons home. She started vlogging "A Day in the Life of a Hamptons Private Chef," and posting on her account, Wishbone Kitchen. She became a social media sensation with tens of millions of likes on Tik Tok. 

Meredith is now a full-time content creator and releasing her first cookbook, The Wishbone Kitchen Cookbook.
