In this week's minipod I'm telling you about something that I've been planning for a long time. For the next couple of months or so I'm challenging us to think about being youthful in a whole new way and in doing so, to hopefully change how we feel about ourselves forever.

During the minipod I'll talk about what made me come up with #redefineyouth and how we can all take part in a project that I hope will make us feel confident, happy and ready for anything!
