Are you familiar with adrenal fatigue and how that can ruin your energy and motivation along with screwing with your hormone levels? It turns out that is actually a myth and adrenal fatigue does not exist! Dr. Carrie Jones, today's guest on The Red Light Report, explains why adrenal fatigue is misunderstood and clarifies what is actually going on with the adrenals and what we can do about. She is also a bonafide hormone expert and is obsessed with mitochondrial health, both topics of which are thoroughly discussed in this episode!
