  • 416 - When A Good Team Member Stops Performing

If you have a fast growth company and you have a team member who's been performing really well for months but all of a sudden isn't anymore, what do you do?

I like to look at the situation rather than the person. If you're growing quickly, your company is undergoing massive change. The scoreboard has probably changed. As your company grows things become less and less clear for your team unless you are consistently updating their outcomes and accountability.

As the leader of your organization, you have to ensure that every member of your team has clear outcomes, clear accountability & a scoreboard to measure their success. This is how you stop your top performers from falling through the cracks.

If you're ready to build a team of game changers, we're ready to help you. Now's the time - billionairecode.com/apply

  • 415 - Clear Space for Growth

People brag about hustling & how many crazy hours they're working every day. It's almost the status quo now to be proud of how overwhelmed you are.

If you own a business and you're growing that business, your behavior has to change. Most entrepreneurs are so busy and buried in the business that they never have time to create the space for what's coming.

Every day you should have a goal to get tactical items off your plate so you are no longer overwhelmed. This is hard because it requires you to actually be vulnerable and ask for help.

Clear the space so you can grow into the opportunity you've created. Clear the space so you can be a CEO for the company you're building, not the company you had.

If you're ready to make the shift from tactical to strategic and start scaling your business then reach out to us. You can move forward far faster than you are today. billionairecode.com/apply

  • 414 - Move to Create Momentum

    "Sit down"

    "Stop moving and wiggling around"

    "Stop making everyone else uncomfortable"

Every entrepreneur I've ever known, including me, has been told these things. When you hear them often enough, you actually will stop moving.

Entrepreneurial suppression is real and you need to fight against it. every single day I make a conscious effort to move. When you're strapped to a desk all day long both your body and your mind are in constraint.

Do what you need to keep moving. You have to move to create momentum.

We take a holistic approach to helping entrepreneurs. The Momentum Masterclass will put you into a community of people just like you and I. It will teach you the keystone habits you need to optimize and get things done. momentummasterclass.com

  • 413 - The Truth About Lawsuits

Lawsuits are ridiculous. Here's the truth...

If you're pushing limits as an entrepreneur, sooner or later you're probably going to end up in some sort of legal conflict.

When you get into a legal conflict, no matter what the official outcome, my contention is that everyone loses.

Do not take legal conflicts lightly. Lawsuits are a huge financial, emotional, and energetic drain in any business.

At the end of the day, no-one wins.

  • 412 - Increased Process Lowers Client Anxiety

As entrepreneurs, we push back against process. Process to us feels like constraint. If we're not innovating and doing new things, we feel like we're not moving forward. Let's just say, putting processes in place is not something that we naturally pursue.

I know, I feel it too. But, in your business, if you want your clients to have the highest levels of success, and the highest level of confidence in you, you must have tight processes in place.

If your processes are all over the place right now, this may be one of the biggest opportunities you have in your business. If you're ready to level up and scale at the maximum rate, then reach out to us. billionairecode.com/apply - we're ready to help you, you don't have to do this alone.

  • 411 - Beware of Big Corporate when Hiring

Recruiting new team members is exciting, it means that your business is growing and you're moving forward. When you're hiring and you get somebody who has come from a big name corporate company, you feel like you've hit the jackpot. This person is going to solve all your problems. The challenge is, there is a massive difference between the way people work in large corporations and how entrepreneurial teams work. If you're hiring in your business I want you to be careful because you might think you're winning with the person from the large corporation with the impressive resume but there is a monumental shift that person will need to make in order to survive in your entrepreneurial business.

  • 410 - Maintain Mind-Body Connection

Sooner or later, every business owner encounters stressful situations. I've had some big challenges recently and when I'm feeling upset, hurt, or frustrated, I know that I need to rely on my mind-body connection to get me through. If you're spending your days feeling triggered and being constantly reactive, it's not good for you, your family, your team, or the clients you work with. You need to find a way to calm yourself down and get back to productivity. There are a few ways I know I can do this for myself. A morning walk and meditation are game-changers, but possibly the simplest and most effective tool is hydration. When you're an entrepreneur and your day is packed it's easy to forget to drink water. When you're in transition and feel challenged, you need to maintain your natural thirst protocol. The shortcut is to hyperhydrate first thing in the morning, keep water with you all day long, and if you think, drink.

It might sound crazy but I'm telling you, water is a gateway drug to success - Take the challenge getthirstynow.com

  • 409 - Checking Boxes Instead of Getting Results

There's a huge difference between checking a box, and actually getting results. On an entrepreneurial team, you need to have near 100% of the people in your organization actually getting the results you're going after. It's easy to be impressed by a long list of completed tasks but if those tasks are not resulting in you achieving the outcomes you want, then it's time for something to change.

If you're ready to realize your dream, we can help you build a team that will allow you to take advantage of the opportunities you have.

  • 408 - Reliving Embezzlement

This is a tough and personal subject for me but it's something I feel like I have a responsibility to share. Here's a shocking statistic, 90% of entrepreneurs will be embezzled or stolen from. No one wants to talk about it if it's happened to them but it's time to open up the conversation. You are allowed to talk about it, it's not your fault, and it's not anything that you did wrong. I hope by sharing my story and the lessons I learned, it will help you stop anything like this from happening in your life.

  • 407 - Fully Utilize Or Else

If you have someone in your business who is not fully utilized, they will become dangerous. They don't have a focus or an outcome, so they'll start questioning things within the business. When people are fully utilized they focus at a much higher level. The most vulnerable person in any business is always the person in charge. If your running a business, any issue is your issue. Don't create mutineers by not utilizing your team.
