Position: Executive Personal Assistant with potential for advancement and growth.

Location: Austin-based only. Most work remote, with 2-3 days per week on location.

Hours: Full-time position
40 hours per week
Mon-Fri 10am-6pm

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
Performance and pay rate reviews will be performed yearly, at which rate increases will be considered.

Experience Requirement:
You must have prior executive and/or personal assistant experience. No exceptions, please.

General Skills Required: Extremely high-level organization, tactical/systems-based thinking, and time management skills are of highest priority, followed by tech ability, and an understanding of online marketing, and social media. If you are not extremely organized, please do not apply.

Your role will be creative as well as technical, and logistic. Your goal should be to outgrow your assistant function after the first year and move up into a more challenging and lucrative management position in the organization.

* Manage personal calendars, schedule/appointments, podcast recordings
* Tech support and trouble-shooting
* Customer service for Luke Storey INC
* Plan and coordinate personal and company meetings events, speaking engagements
* Running errands
* Tracking shipping and receiving
* Computer/typing/tech support/research
* Process and track incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
* Coordinate travel arrangements

Content/Online Marketing Responsibilities
* Podcast production team liaison
* Brand affiliate and partnership management
* Outreach to book podcast guests and appearances
* CRM/email campaigns
* Content creation and publication
* Video/Photography/Audio Production assistance
* Social Media content calendar Management
* Online Course support
* Manage Brand partner affiliate programs/ web store
* Manage website updates
