Katie’s longtime friend, Mark Mullett and his co-CEO Ashley Mills, founded the popular online fitness streaming platform, Obé Fitness, in 2018. When they founded Obe, they had the goal and motivation in mind to make fitness fun, interesting, and different every day. Mark and Ashley are true believers in that moving your body intentionally is the key to feeling empowered in all facets of life.
Mark and Ashley talk about some of the new features on the platform, like the strength training series, as well as the Movement Equation AI feature that analyzes your workout and mood to develop the best fitness plan for you. Ashley is also a true believer in ‘habit stacking’, where you build upon positive habits with new ones. It’s especially useful when building or trying new fitness regimens.
When it comes to food, Mark has an avid sweet tooth with a true love of candy. He is the one and only person to eat a Reese’s from the inside out, has an extreme aversion to cream cheese, and his love of popsicles is like no other. Ashley shares her secret salad dressing that has her kids telling their friends it’s their favorite thing she makes!
