Holding on to those jeans, just in case?
In today's episode, the focus is on decluttering clothes that no longer fit—whether that’s physically, or they just don’t fit your lifestyle anymore. Many of us hold onto clothes as a way to “motivate” ourselves to return to a certain size. Turns out, this takes a toll on our mental health.
Today’s challenge is to let go of the clothes that don’t serve you anymore. Whether it’s that pair of jeans you’re saving for “someday” or a suit you haven’t worn since 2006, clearing out these items can free up both physical and mental space. The goal is to have a closet filled with clothes that make you feel good right now.
