It was imperative to me that this week's episode be ultra-practical. I wanted you to have take-home-immediate tips to help aid you on your quest to your most fulfilling and successful life - however you define success. For me, I define success as growth. As long as I can feel elevated through experience and am able to respond to new challenges differently, then I'm on the right path. These are a handful of my personal top tips I have applied for years. They are tried and true and very near to my heart. Some might feel like an obvious reminder, and hopefully, some provide more profound thought. Let me know what you find!

In this episode I dive into exactly what Models and ReModel is and how it came to be. We dissect the origins of the brand and how I built what you see today. I outline both my physical and ‘career’ journey as well as the deeply personal evolution that I have been on over the last decade. Further, I discuss life in my late twenties and give you a juicy life update as well as how the new chapter I am approaching has changed everything. This episode represents the very start of a beautiful new mountain that I hope we will climb together, know that every step of the way you will have all of me.

"Always put your story first". 

I've never forgotten these words shared by one of my closest friends, Livi, a few years back. They landed so heavily because I have struggled so intimately with frequently placing myself in the supporting role in my relationships. Helping others is what I thrive on; however, there are days when I can barely get out of bed as I feel so drained. In this episode, I cover energy leaks, and we dissect where you could be placing others first at the detriment of yourself. We cover the juicy subconscious reasons you might be struggling with putting others' happiness over your own, how to re-write this story, and what you will experience when you do so. I talk about the benefits of changing this pattern and what triggers you will notice if you are stuck in it. This is the perfect episode for anyone hiding from their truth, who fears being seen and is afraid to step into their power and own who they are (as well as for all my people pleasers, of course!)

It's something I have personally struggled with the most - boundaries. Communicating my needs and wants has never come easily to me; growing up, I found it easier to swallow my feelings to keep the peace.
