Richard Whitehead is a Paralympic Champion, IPC World Champion and IPC European Champion and has run countless races across the globe.

This week he chats to Jenni about his experience on Hunted with fellow member of the RunPod Run Club Iwan Thomas, how smiling when running can change your outlook, how he found running as a double amputee, the first day he wore prosthetics and ran 10 miles and his own run.
