Jenni chats to Rob about why he took on such a massive challenge, the 33 pairs of trainers he ran through, the extreme colds and extreme heats he ran through, the animals he came across, the injuries he confronted, the route he took, procrastinating distances, the running community and warmth he had from supporters and the obstacles that tried to stop him.

An incredible story by anyone's standard and Rob has even written a book 'Becoming Forrest: One Man's Epic Run Across America' about his experience.
