Heโs a very experienced personal trainer, and in this chat, we have a great discussion about his thoughts on HYROX, some of his training principles for HYROX, how heโs coping with and training around his calf injury right now which is stopping him from running, what it means to be a master trainer and lots more.
George is also good friends and business partners with the elite HYROX athletes Tom Hogan and Hunter McIntyre, and we get into some of the qualities that he sees in the two of them that perhaps separate them from other HYROX athletes.
