This week I had the pleasure of interviewing The Ultra Running Guys - Jeremy Reynolds and Jeff Winchester - two seasoned ultra runners and podcasters. If you like this sport and aren't listening to their podcast, you're making a big mistake. It's genuinely one of the podcasts I most look forward to every two weeks.
More recently, they've also moved into the world of race directing, putting on events like Last Man Standing and The Hydra - both great races which you should definitely add to your calendar.
Most of all, they're just great guys. As you'll hear in the episode, their whole goal is to help you take your next step in your ultra running journey. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned veteran, they just want you to do your best - and it's that quality that makes their podcast and their content such a breath of fresh air.
I hope you enjoy the podcast.
