How can you be a second mother figure for someone else?  

A very important part in the journey of healing from mother wounds is to learn to mother yourself, accessing the mother energy that is indeed within you. But not ever having received this energy from our mothers, that's easier said than done.

In this episode I offer clarity as to what mother energy is, how you can find examples of it in your life and also how you can be of support to kids in your life who you can recognise have a narcissistic mother.
