Dr. Caroline Dickens is a San Francisco-based licensed clinical psychologist specializing in perinatal, reproductive, and maternal mental health. She is co-founder of the Palmetto Psychology Clinic, which specializes in treating mental health concerns uniquely impacting women across the lifespan. She loves supporting expecting and postpartum parents in navigating the anxiety, guilt, relationship challenges, and complex feelings that come with this transition. She is especially passionate about helping new moms let go of what they think they “should” be doing and clarify what they really want out of their own motherhood. Outside of the therapy room, she loves to support a wider audience of moms through her social media and as co-host of The Moms Are Alright podcast. As mom to a sweet and spicy 2 year old boy who is expecting her second baby this summer, she is also walking the journey right alongside the moms she supports.
