I had a chance to chat with the one and only Tina Lifford who portrays Aunt Vi on the show and we had an amazing conversation. We chatted about the evolution of Aunt Vi's character and how her journey mimics that of so many of us. We also chatted about giving ourselves space and time to tap into our deepest desires and she shared more about the internal work she's done to allow her to really connect with Aunt Vi's story.
