Setting and maintaining boundaries is something we revisit often here on the podcast because I think for many of us there’s always work to be done in this area. One area that we haven't discussed is what boundary setting looks like in the digital world. And who better to join us for this conversation than the woman who has literally written the book about boundaries, Nedra Glover Tawwab, LCSW.
