Thrilled to be joined by Poppy Collingwood for episode 5, outdoor lover, trail runner based in the UK. We recorded this episode early February, she had just ran and won the Arc of Attrition 50 in Cornwall, a couple of weeks before that. We dive into this experience, from the preparation to the pre-race nerves and doubts, to running her own race, and switching to a positive mindset!
We also discuss how sharing a trail running experience with her dad changed her vision of running, her love for the coast, imposter syndrome, and finding peace in running and enjoying nature.
Cannot wait for you to listen to the episode, hope it inspires you to embrace your own journey of self-discovery and embark on new adventures.

Welcome to episode 4! In today’s episode, we have the privilege of hearing from Serena Broadway, ultra runner based in Scotland.
We talk about believing in ourselves and the importance of representation and community. She shares some good memories, running races she had read about and the juggle of training and life while training for them. But above all she talks about the joyful moments such as crossing finish lines with her daughters, and showing them making space for what makes us feel good matters.
It was awesome talking with Serena, and I hope her story will inspire you to lace up your own shoes and find joy in being in nature.

In today’s episode, I am joined by my dear friend Manon for a special episode. This one is not about running trails exactly, but definitely is about walking new paths, . We both grew up together in the countryside in France, and I am excited for you to hear her story. In the last few years, she left Paris and went on a journey of self-discovery, and healing, hiking new paths in Spain, Portugal and Italy. How to travel and connect to people and places differently, how to overcome our fears and trust ourselves in what we need and want, are just a few of the subjects we touch on while discussing her story. We hope you enjoy the episode !
