This week, we're focusing on the path of healing forward. There is a time to heal and take the necessary steps in stillness, AND this is about those times afterwards where you might feel more ready to start moving forward in life again.
Today, I'm simply reminding you to go outside. Look up, look around. The healing journey can be so intense, so overwhelming at times. It's much needed to take a break from self-development, go outside, move your body, and see how big the world is. You never know what wonderful unexpected joy you could experience - like seeing a puppy.
