There are just some life skills that Gen Z and Millennials (Young Adults) need to know to have even a decent quality of life, yet a lot of it is never mentioned. Finishing high school, paying a ton for college, and even a lot of your families didn&#39;t provide a solid foundation for a well rounded life, on your own, after graduation. So, you have to set a good foundation for yourselves by pouring into yourself first.﻿Quality Cup Life mentions different topics that young adults encounter, once you are no longer sheltered by the structure of school or living with your parents, and we&#39;re going to talk about it! The main areas discussed are simple principles of financially literacy, physical/emotional well-being, and understanding relationships. Check it out!
