Oh, and we also have nostalgic fun discussing the movies! #NSFK (Podcast Not Suitable For Kiddos) Rachel and Michelle have been best friends since high school, which means... yeah, we are now around 40 with young kids of our own. We are just starting to forcefully mandate them to watch the films from our youth. And we quickly realized many of them are scary, dirty, or politically incorrect AF. So before you go screening the best of the 80s, we'll tally the swears in The Goonies, point out all of the sexual references in Sixteen Candles, and let you decide what's right for your family. Even though we’re not parents ourselves (yet), we have helped and witnessed the amazing growth in some important aspects of growing up; confidence, respect, self-discipline, self-defense, physical fitness, and focus.

We’re David and Odalys Hart and throughout this podcast we’ll be discovering and sharing the family values that make a child grow into a well-rounded and positive adult. As well as, all of the things parents have tried, succeeded, and failed at while trying to raise their family to lead a positive life.
