We’re BACK, and trust me, you’ll want to have a listen to this one!

In today's deeply raw and authentic episode, I’m sharing life behind-the-scenes since my divorce, why I paused the podcast, and things you haven’t seen on IG. I do get quite emotional and you’ll learn why.

While it’s a bit scary to open up like this, it's my hope that you’ll realize we all have challenging moments in life and you’re not alone; there is hope. I think it’s also important to break the stigma around depression because often people compare their lives to what they see on social, and that’s not always reality.

I want to also mention: depression is a real thing and if you ever have truly dark thoughts, please reach out to a friend or google hotlines as there are many resources available.

As mentioned, this is an emotional episode; it’s real, honest and has both intense moments as well as more light-hearted ones. I hope you enjoy it and would love to hear your thoughts after you listen.
