On this episode, Ali sits down with TODAY'S SHOW Fitness Contributor, Stephanie Mansour, on how to step up your life. Stephanie talks about the power behind creating her own opportunity and reality, as well what has worked for her as a success "weightless" coach. Steph Mansour, also hosts “Step It Up with Steph” on PBS. She’s 1/2 Italian 1/2 Lebanese and a women’s weight loss coach who loves eating gluten-free pasta, meatballs, kibbeh, and grape leaves, and enjoys spending time with her family and close friends.
For over a decade, Steph has been helping millions of people “Step It Up,” every day in their lives with weight loss tips, lifestyle hacks, and fitness secrets to up their game. In fact, she coached one reality TV star to lose almost 90 lbs in 3 months! And she even has a brand new app for women with daily challenges to “step it up”, workouts, recipes, and motivational videos. The app is called “Step It Up with Steph” – of course!
Stephanie holds her BA in Communications with an emphasis on Women’s Studies & Psychology from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), her personal training, yoga, and Pilates certifications, as well as her professional life coaching certification.
Prior to starting Step It Up with Steph in 2008, she worked for Oprah’s XM Radio show host Marianne Williamson, the Dr. Phil show, Lifetime TV, and WNET PBS.
