Today we’re joined by the amazing soul singer/songwriter and super mum - Talia Dean. Talia was first on our screens on The X Factor in 2017 and has gone on to have an amazing career in the music business. Her mentor? None other than Queen Rock Legend Brian May. 

Talia is known for expressing her emotions by writing deep and honest lyrics, but she also processes her emotions by going for a nice run! 

She may not have the gear, and sometimes go running in her pyjamas, but to be a runner you just have to be the person who gets out there...
