It's a birthday special with just the two lads this week - And Terence wonders why there's not more fanfare around 29th birthdays and reflects on more than half his 20's spent hosting the podcast.
They debrief on what was possibly the best gig of their lives after seeing Oasis live and Calvin shares his bunking in story but doesn't give too much away.
There are hints for big things coming soon for the podcast and tips on becoming a new dad as names for Terence's unborn son are brainstormed and ruled out. And they answer your questions on things like golf, self care routines and replacement co-hosts.

Can you name something you don’t like about Dublin? Terry cant, but Calvin has a few.
We go through some instantly irritating noises, from alarms to door knocks, and noises that put you into a wonderful mental state.
Calvin fills us in on the romantic success of rural men, and a listener questions has us picking a life as a rock star with a fictional wife.
We get a history lesson on the lads’ childhood of money making schemes, and Terry is not at all happy with a question about sailing out to sea in your house.

Ruth Barry joined us this week and opened up about her harsh upbringing, her struggles with addiction and how it all led her to commit an assault that left her in prison.
Ruth was using her sentence to work on anger management, self improvement and recovering from her addiction before she fell pregnant while on temporary release. As an expectant mother, her treatment in prison changed dramatically, but her youngest daughter gave her the focus to continue to work on herself and to end the cycle of trauma.
Ruth knows first hand what needs to change within the Irish prison service and is now doing amazing advocacy work using her lived experience to improve conditions for the other women going through the system.

Can Terry be trusted with responsibility, or would he go mad with power? His thoughts on running a Talking Bollox recording offer a window into his thoughts.
Calvin has a story for us about an accidental windfall of hundreds of millions of dollars, all thanks to the fancy orange juice, and it leads us to wonder how we’d best squander a fortune – including paying each other to do things we really don’t want to, and a gigantic new attraction for all of Dublin to enjoy.
We have some uninspiring long term plans, Calvin tries to wriggle out of some tricky accusations with a weak defence, and Terry warns we’re crossing the line with people throwing around rat accusations in the studio.

While Terry's away this week, we've gone back through the 228 previous episodes we've done and picked some of our favourites - Although it's hard to choose out of all the great guests.
We've got The Script's Danny O'Donoghue speaking about his grief after losing his bandmate and lifelong friend Mark Sheehan, and neuroscientist Sabina Brennan on preventing cognitive decline.
Ireland international Killian Phillips tells us about his debut and his late night adventures egging Terence, and free diver Claire Walsh explains how she fell in love with the sport - And of course there's a bit of Willa White and Eric Lalor thrown in for a few extra laughs!

Terry says the wrong thing and digs a deep, dark hole for himself that he struggles to get out of, even with help,

PJ came into us thinking he'd have nothing new to say since he was first on a year ago. And within 2 minutes, he proved himself wrong launching into tirades about hoarding and tales of regrettable tattoos and wonky ears.
He has a few words of warning for Terence about the reality of becoming a dad to a mad son, and fills us in on the sketch he made with Robert Sheehan and Darren Conway that blew up. Not to mention his story of attending girls schools as the only boy.
There's also bike chat and zingers and PJ reveals why he you won't be seeing him on stage any time soon.

It's an emotional one this week as Terry, Calvin and substitute teacher/producer Siobhan discuss the saddest films of all time with poor Zach Effron's face getting caught up in the debate.
A listener ask whether you'd prefer your child to become a professional footballer or a doctor and a deep and meaningful about much missed chocolate bars ends up with adult toys in a Kinder egg.

Kirsty Forde was 17 when she fell in love with Glenn Fullam and they were happy together for years, until one day Glenn got a pain in his back. He ignored it for as long as he could, until he finally went to the hospital. At first the doctors weren't too concerned, but then they called him back in and diagnosed him with cancer.
Glenn passed away just four months later. He was only 26 years old.
Kirsty told us the heartbreaking story of his quick illness and the pain both she and their young son went through losing him.
The people we love stay in our hearts when we talk about them and that's what keeps Kirsty going through her grief and the dark places it took her to.

A listener question stinks the gaff out as the boys get a sniff of some of their least favourite smells. Calvin takes a nine iron to Golf yet again and they graciously invite Denis Desmond to invite them to watch Celtic in Glasgow.
They hear about an emotional discovery in Kildare and there's a split in the studio between seeing in the dark or having a monkey's tail.
