In this episode, Tay Lautner interviews her husband and co-host, actor Taylor Lautner, as the two discuss growing up in the limelight, body image, and men’s mental health. They touch on Taylor’s hiatus from the entertainment industry and explain why fame felt like a drug to him; one that would be healthier to abstain from, but would be rough before it got better. All of his wife Tay's experiences with mental health struggles prior to her own were with men in her life, so it is important to both of your hosts to destigmatize and openly discuss men’s mental health. In particular, the two touch on body image battles, an issue often attributed to only women, and offer words of encouragement for the men out there struggling. Lastly, Taylor tackles the Lemon 11 segment, during which he opens up about his massive misinterpretation of “that” moment at the 2009 VMAs. When life gives you lemons, what do you do with them?
